Trainings

I developed a special fondness for rivers right from childhood. Most rivers in my village have multiple channels of water entry. As a result of this discovery, I grew up believing that humans should have various sources of knowledge. My work with Teach For Nigeria further strengthened this belief.

My participation in Jolly phonics training, retreats, seminars, and cell meetings further deepened my skills in teaching and leadership.

Moreover, I attended external trainings facilitated by Teach For Nigeria and their sister organizations. One of such is the Sustainable Teaching Practices For Education Progression training. It broadened my knowledge and skill base on Dyslexia, Literacy and Numeracy Methodology, and Classroom Management.

Travelling is part of learning. This aspect was not left behind. Moreover, sports was also explored. These activities and others have contributed immensely to my practice and work delivery as a Juvenile Mind Therapist and a Teacher-Leader respectively.
